I love your Instagram content. I’m new to substack so it might take me a while to catch on but I love your content here too! I’m definitely going to try the dips.

I could never be a vegan because I have food sensitivities to both dates and cashews. I did some diet where dates were in everything and I felt awful and couldn't figure out why - until I stopped.

In BC, Canada, just to the north of Washington hippie-brethren, there is a unique hippie culture in the Kootenays where Glory Bowl Dressing was created. People lose their miiiiinds for this whole bowl recipe, but sauce in particular which has a super savoury tahini, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, and tamari base.
